It’s that time of year again when so many people will convince themselves that just by telling a few friends their New Years resolution that somehow it will come true.
The reality is very different. Just because the year has changed doesn’t mean they have! See the problem is most people don’t change anything other than the year on the calendar but then expect to achieve their 2019 goals.
We see this in gyms all across the world where people sign up for the year at the start of the year and expect to achieve their weight loss and muscle building goals, simply by showing up for the 1st month. The BIG FAT lie is that they should be spending that money on improving their nutritional knowledge and then changing that first before even thinking of the gym. NOT that anyone will tell you that.
Then we have the people who show up consistently to the gym year in year out. Not changing body shape because they haven’t changed anything. NOT even their routine changes. Same machines in the same order at the same time!
