The mistake I see all too often is people believing that they can just pick a magical rep range and they will build muscle.
For example if I choose the magical muscle building rep range of 8-10 reps for 4 sets but I don’t lift heavy enough and have poor technique.
Do you think I’ll still build muscle?
Of course not.
There is more to it when trying to build muscle and it’s not as simple as simply picking a rep range.
