WHAT IS SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING?

Small group personal training allows you the best of both worlds when it comes to results-driven training that is more cost-effective. The popularity of small group personal training has grown mainly due to the fact that it is fun and is more affordable than the traditional one to one personal training service.
HOW DOES SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING WORK?
Small group personal training (sometimes also referred to as semi-private personal training) can be presented in 2 ways:
One program (workout) for a small group of (8-10)people training at the same time under the supervision of 1 trainer. Sometimes the trainer will workout with the group and can resemble the traditional group exercise class environment where you the group can be between 10 to 30 people.
Individual programs (workouts) with a group of (2-8) people training at the same time under the supervision of 2 - 3 trainers
At Elite Fitness we follow number 2 however we also take it a step further, which help our members to train at a time which is convenient for them, making it easier to be consistent with their training and achieving results.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING AT ELITE FITNESS ABU DHABI
At Elite Fitness Abu Dhabi we have structured our memberships to allow members to train up to 6 days per week at a time that is convenient for them. Compared to 1 to 1 personal training where a client has to sync their schedule with that of a trainer - Elite members can book their sessions in advance online without the stress of the availability of a trainer. This gives members the flexibility of how many sessions and at what time they would like to train.
When you become a member at Elite Fitness, you will train alongside the maximum 7 other members however - each member has their own individual training program based on their goals and needs. Each member follows their program for a period of 4 to 6 weeks and the program will be changed if needed after regular reassessments.
Following a program allows each member to train at a level, which is safe yet challenging to them. Compared to group exercise classes where the program (workout) changes every session and the program might not be at the level of each member. Every session members will be trained by our team of expert coaches( we call our trainers coaches) who will ensure you are executing the exercises in your program correctly and are there to motivate and encourage you.
