Elite Fitness Abu Dhabi's Safest Personal Training Gym
Let me start off by saying that it is great to be back up and running after nearly four months of Elite Fitness shutting its doors due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During these times we created a plan to get our loyal and new members back to their personal training safely at Elite Fitness in accordance with the government rules and regulations.
As it currently stands now, we only allow five members maximum per hour of coaching. The process starts with you as the member booking your session online via the Elite Fitness app at the time you want given that there is space available. Next upon arriving on time, before you enter the facility to train your temperature will be checked by one of our staff members, from here you will wash your hands and use hand sanitizer provided before you are given a face mask and disposable gloves. Now that you are ready to train. One of our coaches will allocate you to your training zone - there are five - where you will complete your session.
All sessions are time based and tailored to our clients to make sure they get the best from the program designed by our professional coaches. Directly after their session is finished, they are required to clean and sanitize the specific equipment they used during your session. Before the next clients arrive the cleaning staff will clean and sanitize the facility again to ensure proper safety not only for our members but our staff as well.
All our staff are tested daily and go through the same procedures like everyone else to keep all people entering or exiting as safe as possible. Non-members go through the exact same process when coming for a visit or a consultation with the coaches. All members are required to bring their own towel, water bottle, gym gloves and training mat if they want.
Lastly, we understand the reluctance about returning to the gym due to risk of getting infected. However, we have taken the strictest possible procedures to create, what we believe to be the safest possible solution, in helping people return to exercise which is absolutely crucial to overall health and well-being.
