MEERA’S SUCCESS STORY
Meera has been training at Elite Ladies for the last 4 months. Before training at Elite Ladies “I could barely breath coming up the stairs. I was not liking how I looked in the mirror and always tried to never look in mirrors at my body because I always felt down”
Meera’s original goal was to lose weight. However since she started training at Elite Ladies her goals have altered a bit. “ I am working on losing the fat in my body and continuing to gain muscles”. Meera favourite result is:
